In this model, humans define project requirements and plans, while AI agents take over implementation. The human role becomes one of oversight, providing “good taste” and steering the AI’s output. Agentic coding promises to streamline development, but not without trade-offs. The complexity of surrounding systems increases to manage AI’s unpredictability.
