Montreal-based Élisa Interactive has raised $875,000 in pre-seed funding for Me-Z-Scene, an AI tool that lets non-programmers build 3D worlds inside Roblox.
Backers include AQC Capital, Anges Quebec, Investissement Quebec’s Eureka Fund and a group of angel investors, according to BetaKit, Dealroom.co and Signalbase.
The tool, built by father-son founders François and Julien Bélanger, assembles existing game assets into scenes such as castles and villages from plain-language prompts, then lets users refine them by hand. François Bélanger compared it to a Playmobil set: follow the instructions or diverge entirely.
Roughly 100 testers are using Me-Z-Scene ahead of a full launch planned for autumn 2026. Roblox has 151 million daily active users and hosts seven million user-generated experiences, per BetaKit.
