The company is revolutionizing how enterprises train AI agents by using visual imitation learning, a method that trains AI on human expert videos instead of traditional documentation. This approach aims to tackle the “last mile” of digital transformation, where employees often struggle with complex software interfaces.
Guidde’s platform captures detailed interactions within enterprise software, transforming these into a Vision-Language-Action (VLA) training set. The technology records every click and scroll, creating a “digital world model” that allows AI agents to navigate software with human-like spatial awareness. This method ensures that AI can function effectively in real-world environments, rather than just in controlled demos. The platform also features Magic Redaction to protect sensitive information during video capture.
The funding highlights a shift in the tech industry towards using dynamic video data as a critical component of AI training. This approach is seen as a way to close the proficiency gap that often occurs when new AI tools are introduced in the workplace. With 4,500 enterprise customers already on board, Guidde plans to expand its reach, leveraging its unique dataset to further enhance AI capabilities in enterprise settings.
